Continuing Education Credits

The American Registry of Professional Animal Scientists (ARPAS) has approved the 2010 NIAA Annual Meeting for a total of eleven (11) continuing education credits broken out as follows: six (6) for Tuesday and five (5) for Wednesday.

An email will be sent out following the meeting to all participants with further instructions on how to apply to receive credit for the meeting based upon participation. Contact NIAA for additional information, niaa@animalagriculture.org or (719) 538-8843.

"The opportunity for continuing education through NIAA, I think, is an interesting and exciting concept. In my capacity as association executive, and specifically related in agriculture and the agribusiness field, there aren’t a lot of opportunities for that type of education. So, I am excited that this is a direction NIAA is taking and I hope to take advantage of that." — R. Scott Stuart, President and Chief Executive Officer, National Livestock Producers Association, NIAA Member
